14 Dec Tracey Vale
Tracey Vale lives and works in the Adelaide Hills and has a particular passion for landscape and nature photography, including macro botanicals, as a means of promoting gratitude, mindfulness and a love of her home state, South Australia.
This is also reflected in her artwork and is featured in her graphite drawings of birds, feathers and still life; as well as in landscape paintings. She works in graphite; charcoal; pastels; acrylic and watercolour.
During completion of a Design Major at Marleston College, she was a State Finalist in the Young Designer Awards, 1988, and went on to work as a designer. She since completed a Bachelor of Arts degree and works as a journalist and writer while maintaining her love for art and photography.
She has recently participated in exhibitions at the Port Adelaide Art Show and is a regular exhibitor with the Fine Art photography Association of S.A. and is part of an upcoming exhibition in Goolwa featuring the Fleurieu region.
Her artwork is currently displayed at the Victor Harbor Regional Gallery and in Blackwood’s Kuoni Creative gallery.
